Use all the gamepass except basement, there ARE some walls and lights down at the basement level but its not necessary.
9/10, completely furnished, however you’ll need to fix the wall trims, they are kinda buggy
For 1M1+ bugdet, this is totally worth it.

2 garages, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room, 3 living rooms, 1 office, 1 laundry room , 3 hallways, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. I think its better to replace 1 or 2 of the living rooms and one bedrooms. The whole second floor is bedrooms and bathrooms, no bathrooms down in floor 1.
